the answer is to get a dock leaf and rub it..... it help alleviate the sting as it contains antihistimines.

Anthisan insect bite cream is also good, as is Eurax.
If you havent got either around the home, when you next go wee wee pee on the nettle rash, it will stop the stinging and reduce any sweeling etc. (Old army trick

)
