It 'kills' me when you see someone sitting at 45 stone, bed ridden who suddenly get the wake up call and they say, "I want to lose weight, I want to live, I hate living this way".
What happened during the previous ten years that they were getting bigger and bigger, more and more immobile.
They didn't suddenly wake up one morning and find that their 14 stone body had somehow, morphed into a 45 stone one. That only happens in movies.

I watch them when I am craving food but I know I shouldn't eat them. Puts me right off the idea of eating.
