Nah the only difference that the save thing made was to make people cast multiple votes for everyone who wasnt the person they wanted to evict then they made it even cheaper to do that with facebook.
Plus 1v1 is the same as vote to evict.
The vote to save was always a stupid idea it makes no difference.
