Absolutely. But he's not an aggressive bunny boiler like michelleBB5 or craigBB6. He's more like a lost puppy looking for a mommy.
He is sooo insecure it's actually embarrassing to watch. He has no self identity. His whole rapper/chav image seems so contrived, which is confirmed by the photos that surfaced of him being an emo before. The kid has no self-identy, no sense of self, no confidence. He really does seem A LOT younger than he is.
