It’s a battle of historic proportions, think George and the Dragon, Perseus and Medusa – Samuel L Jackson and the snakes for crying out loud. Yep it’s Man V Beast, and this time, man may not win…



Today, housemates are going head to head against what they think is a wild and savage gorilla. It is in fact a world famous gorilla ‘impersonator’ (yep, they exist).



For this week’s shopping Task, Big Brother is going to be putting some of the housemates bravery to the test, going up against this wild and fearsome ‘gorilla’. The gorilla will be choosing a few of the housemates to join him in his cage to take part in a simple challenge. Each time a housemate completes the challenge, they will be given 30 seconds for the ‘final game’.



Harry was called into the diary room to collect a basket of cuddly toy monkeys for each of housemates, along with instructions telling them to cuddle it and to make sure they transferred their ‘scent’ onto it. Little do they know that the ‘gorilla’ will be sniffing these to choose who enters the cage for the first challenge. Which housemates takes part in all other challenges will be decided by the housemates themselves. Harry took this particular opportunity to put the monkey down his trousers and perform some 'lunges'.



There will be a ‘trained handler’ (actor) and a ‘wrangler’ (actor) in the Garden at all times ensuring the housemates’ safety.
