He's full of his own self importance and not in a funny way like Simon
Too smug as well and has probably arselicked his way to the top
I don't buy all this "amazing singer song writer" stuff they keep saying about him, he writes quite generic songs and Take That are about 15 years past their sell by date and only popular amongst hormonal housewives
