Jay really does appeal to the types of female who buy OK!/ New! and all related other publications. In these times of TOWIE and Made in Chelsea, Channel 5 want a winner who appeals to under 25s (especially tweenies and teens girls) to reinvigorate the channel and give it a youthful appeal.
Plus Jay can go down the lucrative show-mance route with Louise, or even Louise broke my heart blah blah. Like I said, imagine if Anton had pissed in a cup of pooed in freezer, he'd be out of the house. No warnings.
Aaron is too controversial (looming divorce, son, bed hopping, highly devisive character, changeable personality etc)
Louise will do surprisingly well (top female) despite having the charisma of a crushed grape but won't win. Louise will appeal to tween girls who love her fairy princess looks and romance with Jay. But grown women will hater her as she's the stunner their boyfriends fancy. But her aim is modelling/ acting so she won't be too bothered about where she comes.
Alex simply isn't pretty (if she had Louise or Faye's looks then it'd be a different matter). Although she's sweet she's not marketable (nowhere near the Brian Bello/ Jade Goody RIP league of stupid marketability).
Harry may be quite witty and charismatic is far too posh, rich and fox hunts.
