Actually Faye had said that during the date Aaron said he fancied her and he has been saying nice things about her. Jemma then said she should be careful and her asked her how does she know he's been saying nice stuff as she hasn't actually been in there with him.

She does have reason to say that because remember when Aaron first went in, for the entire first week up until the date and even a bit after, he was intent on hooking Louise. So I think that's what Jemma was hinting at. It doesn't matter now though cause Aaron is focused on Faye and Louise is clearly focused on Jay.
