I also think they did. her inhibitions are far looser when she's had a drink - as we've all seen. Given that there were no other housemates around to bother them into the bargain - I'm sure they did have sex.
As for her dissing him the next morning - he would understandably be upset at the thought that he'd not impressed her in the boudiour - which he clearly didn't.
