this is what i think may have happened

they were kissing and jay was whispering dirty talk in her ear about fisting and such

then jay did one of his infamous farts, but he followed through

so there we have the "stain" and the reason louise changed her mind about him

fisting talk and ****ting the bed is not exactly the best way to go
