Here is my 2 cents on the Jay Louise relationship.
I believe Jay likes Louise more than Louise liked Jay.
Louise only got interested after Jay romanced her with the love hearts.
Girls like to be romanced !!!
Although there was physical attraction, girls also need mental stimulation.
Girls like to talk.
However, Jay did not know how to talk so Louise lost interest.
I remember on the 1st day of BigBro Louise showed her disappointment that
there were no older guys in the house because she wanted stimulating
conversations with people.
So it was Jays lack of communication skills that lost her the girls.
But IMHO I think Louise can do much better than Jay. It was bad enough
for Faye getting sloppy seconds with Aaron.
But Louise would be getting sloppy one thousand two hundred and.............
