No, he is just trying to get Jay to show us all his true colours, the housemates have undoubtedly seen far more of what he is really like than we viewers have been allowed to. His jibes as you call them are his thoughts and opinions and he is entitled to express them, at least he doesn't come out with foul mouthed tirades, and trail his knuckles along the ground as neanderthal Jay does. Oh dear!
