I think the producers wanted the public to think that the twist had been a total success fooling the HM's, but it didn't fool any of them except Louise for a short time.
I loved that on BBOTS, Emma interviewed one of the task managers and he was spouting how they had fooled everyone, even though BB and BBOTS had shown the footage of no one being fooled.

On BBBOTS last night Emma asked the audience if they had enjoyed the twist ,in unison they all shouted YES ,it was NOT staged or planned !!
