The demographic they're targeting are BB fans who'll vote to save their favourite week in week out, no matter how many times they're up. It really doesn't matter to BB who wins, because whoever it is will be the one that got the most votes, has the biggest fan base who spends the most money supporting their favourite.

I can sort of see some logic in BB wanting a face of BB to promote the show between series, but looking back at previous winners, how many have remained in the public eye for more than a few weeks once BB finishes? Most of them end up back in obscurity and do little to promote the show once they're gone. If anything, it's more often the HMs who don't win that cling on to what little fame the BB experience has given them and keep it in the public consciousness.

I do agree Aaron has been treat badly by BB, I just see the motive as a one of getting the cash in rather than trying to get him out. It makes no sense to get him until right at the end, but it does make sense to make him look bad so more people vote against him, though they probably know full well he'll still be here next week to put up and cash in again.
