I just think he was sounding off and having had a few beers he immediately put himself at 45 with three little kiddies.
There really is nowhere to go when you just want to have a quiet moan to re-value what you have in that house.
What he needs to do is live for today in that house then worry about what might happen in another ten years when he's out and he has a clear head.
