Aaron told Faye he loved her the night before Harry was evicted, he thought as we all did that Faye would be going out to face the audience with the love bug, and would talk about this great guy who she is going to be with when they leave. It did not work quite like that though and Harry left. That made the Love declaration redundant and he has not shown any signs of Love ever since.
