Scott...in answer to your question about when housemates join...insults
directly to them are not allowed. For example, if Tashie joined today and made a thread to introduce herself...a post saying 'oh ****** off you are a dickhead' and abuse towards her in that thread..would be classed as insults to another members. But if someone called her a dickhead in another thread about her time in BB, it wouldnt be against the rules.
Also housemates/family members that join, in every way are treat the same as other members. If they insult someone, they also get punished for it...
