I don't think he won because of his tourettes by the fans, but by the more casual viewer they'd just love him because of 'how he handles it' and that reason alone. But, then again, the more casual viewer is unlikely to vote anyway. Pete went in because he wanted to be a bloody rock star, no wonder he loved all those half dressed women fawning over him, but immediately went off them when they were being too 'clingy'. He wanted to be famous, all this stuff about him having a dead friend telling him he must win or whatever is totally pathetic, he should have gone and got some councilling and not have gone on big brother.. I can't believe people didn't think that pete used the sympathy vote 'oh vote for me because if you don't heaven doesn't exist' 'oh vote for me because by swearing by accident alot in the house tourettes awareness with increase!' 'oh vote for me because my mum works in mcdonalds' ...eurgh, nauseating. Even if he did want to bloody well win, why did he have to make it so obvious? Why did he feel the need to make all these things clear, didn't he ever think "maybe that will look like im desperate to win", No.
