I'd far prefer that all the hms sat down and discussed what happened - that all three of them said no, not once but twice: and then Jay and Louise went behind Aaron's back - that way, Tom and Alex aren't getting a one sided version from either Jay or Louise ......
That way: the get the real story.
Good on aaron though - typical that he allows the situation to cool down and then discusses it reasonably - unlike Jay, going around threatning last night.
