First she admits to like picking out the dandruff out of her hair, hard skin off her feet, scabs now she admits to being a soap dodger.
Not bathing / showering everyday (2 x) is pretty grim, but this woman is a model. She's trying to promote hair/ beauty etc. Is she completely mad?

Louise as sly as she may be, is pretty thick. I reckon she thinks saying this kind of thing makes her appear "normal, just a dead normal girl", sadly she's way off track
