There are rare cases, Klinefelter's syndrome = xxy Male,
and
XYY syndrome = xyy male.
But at the end of the day.
If you have 1 y or 2 y chromosomes, you're a man. End of.
Nothing short of a "D.N.A manipulation machine" from Stargate (Built by the ancients) will change that fact.
No amount of stem cell or hormone therapy, nor surgery.
You'll still be a man.
