Because Alex is getting away with short-changing people because she's from a 'northern' humble background whereas Aaron's half-arse promise to split dosh with Jay is being analysed to death.
In Star Mag, it says Jay and Lou are annoyed with Alex as she has gone back on promise to split the £30K with them (only split with Tom).They now think she is playing a game - of course she was the dumb child-woman - and are annoyed as they spent £1K on gifts on Alex and Tom. Basically Aaron gets pillored for not splitting with Jay and Alex flies under the radar for not splitting dosh with the others...
