It was apparantly going to be but for some reason it was announced wed or thursday that it was only going to be down to the public vote jf.
Really they have just made it all up as they have gone along this series of X Factor and we the viewers learn very little from Dermot,the judges and the producers despite all the pointless chatter they do week after week on the show.
