Its just amazon lining up pages ready for whichever winner wins, as soon as the winner is announced they go live with links to the relevant winners page and advertise the availability for pre release orders through the site itself.
No doubt someone on the Amazon's websites team has received or is about to receive a one way conversation and a good ass kicking from his boss.
