The problem is though, that with courses that culminate in an end of year/end of unit exam, you're going to get a style of teaching that will try to hone your exam technique in addition to getting the education down.
So things like this are going to happen then in my opinion. The seminars with examiners are a good idea as it tells the teacher how the students should be answering the question right from they who mark the questions. Maybe they shouldn't relay that info back to the kids, but the intent is good.
