In the context of your post that is correct if they still share the same house, however you omit an important fact.
The point is with their separation and not now living in the same house, they are no longer classified as a viable married couple, there is no marital home they share and clearly an already long term separation has been in place.
It would be assumed no reconciliation is possible and therefore although they cannot marry until officially divorced, they are no longer termed an active married couple.
In law, Aaron and Faye or evn Aaron's wife and another now moving in together would 'not' be seen as adultery.
Even had any of them had sex or not.
Adultery is usually grounds 'for' divorce, not an issue that arises after one person has left the matrimonial home, plus a legal or agreed separation is in force and also ,(as there clearly is in this instance),there is a clear breakdown of the marriage.
In truth, except for the legal freedom to marry, Aaron is as free as Jay is as to forming relationships, I hope all 4 of them go on to have long relationships,I was clearly wrong on Jay's and Louise's attraction to eah other,so really good luck to them all.
