That's all that's needed for the story.
The thing that gets me with people who get implants is that they don't seem to realise that it's ongoing: on the proviso that there is no side effects or no issues: they need to be replaced in due course (avg 10 years or thereabouts, so it's a costly (and risky) business - and the time will come when they have to possibly removed for good - resulting in stretched breast tissue, hanging like spaniels ears: or then having to undergo more serious surgery & pay for a mastoplexy.
It's crackers if you ask me.
