it's impossible to explain if you don't know programming,. but basically file sharing sites are like napster, limewire, frostwire, edonkey, those type of sites, where you have to download an actual program and it's a filesharing program
Torrents are done over the WWW, they are websites. but you have a bittorrent program to download torrent. Most of us in Amerifa that are watching BBUK, are using torrents, i won't name the sites, cause i don't wanna get them in trouble.
