Personally I think no to the death penalty, But could probably argue for and against because its a close call.We are a product of our genetic breeding and we are the results of social conditioning,so although there is no understandable excuse for the most violent , most of their problems were created at a far younger age and could also be genetic in some way.Paedos for example should be locked away for a very long time,but we must not forget that most of these monsters were abused themselves.we can do much more to protect society but I don`t think we can kill them???? I am told that the country would vote for it, but parliament will not ...quite.
