For one main reason: they were the ones who had to tell Romeo to get Nicola out of the hot tub the other night (even though Nicola had asked him to tell her when enough was enough: Romeo had to have it pointed out to him). Given that the twins don't even like Nicola, I thought that was a pretty decent thing of them to do: I don't think Nicola is even aware that if it hadn't been for the twins tipping Romeo the nod, she could have ended up mading an even bigger arse of herself.
