Rory has been lost to the time vortex.
Distraught Amy pond now travels with the Doctor and her daughter River who is now a full time member of the tardis team
An evil plot that has been in motion since the dawn of time is finally coming to fruition
The fields of Trenzalore take centre stage as the Doctor must travel backwards through his own timeline to uncover a deadly secret from his past that bring about the downfall of the powerful 'Order of the Silence'
As a thousand worlds march against each other and all out universal war will tear the doctors life apart, as friends perish and entire worlds crumble
The episodes would reunite some of our favourite characters
and could even answer that age old question, the question that should never be answered
