I dont think thats true at all tbh. Its just something people who dislike it have made up
When I went to see part 1, there was quite a lot of blokes there (and not ones who had been dragged by their girlfriends either, a few groups were male only
). My boyfriend likes them now, though he hated the first film. My sisters boyfriend likes it, and my brother.
Its just not *cool* for blokes to admit it
