Just because she's a woman of a certain age she's not supposed to go topless? Hundreds of women her age and older go topless on beaches all over the world everyday so I don't see what the problem is.
Or maybe Denise should just sit on the sofa in her shawl and slippers watching the 'youngsters' have fun!
