You're confusing Kirk being a dick with sexist. If Nicola were to start being extremely mean with Romeo would you call her a racist? Kirk has yet to say anything that is deemed sexist imo.
Being sexist would be saying Georgia can't do this or that because she's a woman. Saying that she's got nothing about her and is just looks is not sexist.
There's a difference.
