It's 100% identical. The producers may be looking for different things but the process is the same as it has been since around BB5, for the most part

(I think the end bit keeps changing the most - I'm not sure if they do visits with friends and family now? BB11's Top 90 all had to just make videos showing their backgrounds instead).
