The difference is that Denise is on TV and is well known so the parents (in particular the mums) of the kids who go to school with her son will probably have watched Loose Women and CBB and their kids will have heard all about her floating boobs by now. I'm not that old that I can't remember the playground gossiping we mums did about other kids' parents
