The only reason people look down upon such actions is because nobody is used to it. People are used to models getting their tits out in magazines like Nuts, but if a 50 year old woman were to do the same it'd be seen as disgusting. And why? There's no reason why...other than people believe it looks unattractive. And that's just a ludicrous excuse for condemning such actions.
Whilst this is true, it shouldn't be. Why should we have to cover up? If people don't wish to why should anybody force them? Considering all people would see is nature...people's bodies, what exactly is the problem? It doesn't harm anybody. Yeah...you might not like what you see, and not find it attractive, but I see people (as does everyone) every day that I don't find attractive facially, but that doesn't mean I want them to cover their heads with a paper bag. Let's be honest, that's only the real reason that people have for wanting people to cover up. I'm sure back in the stone age people got on perfectly fine without the need for clothes.
And before someone jumps on me and assumes I'm suggesting we all walk around naked, I'm not. I'm merely saying that people should be given the choice and in a fair world we wouldn't turn a blind eye if someone walked down the street with no clothes on. Imagine a world like that, where people weren't looked down upon for anything other than committing serious, dangerous offences.
At the end of the day, we shouldn't take away people's free choice to do what they want, so long as it doesn't put anyone in significant danger. If it's not putting people at risk or harm, I don't see a problem. And having to see a pair of tits is not harming anybody.

So you are prepared to upset the citizens of our multicultural society who don't share your laissez-faire, libertarian views? And how would that work? When will people understand that one person's human rights are ALWAYS going to infringe another's? The only way around it is to frontally lobotomise all human beings at birth so none of us have free will, but grow up all thinking and believing the same things and sharing identical values. Until that day arrives, if people want to live harmoniously in society, they have to compromise and respect other people's views and sensibilities.
