"P@ki" has a historical context to it, that disliking Americans doesn't. Thay are also of Middle eastern/Arabian descent. Which certainly is a race. I think xenophobic is the correct word (as another poster already mentioned), but it's not racism. We are generally of the same race.

xenophobia is racism. Racism is a catch all word. Saying that anti-Americanism isn't racism, is actually a racist statement in and of itself.
Would you say that Americans that hate Mexicans are racists? I would. Even though both America and Mexico are both majority white european countries.
If i said i hate Muslims they are all terrorists, that would be called racist. Hitler kiling jews was called racist, even though most of the jews he killed were white europeans too.
