Excepting for the fact that she is an admitted escort girl, with all the connotations that that includes. A couple of weeks ago the mirror claimed she had "indulged" in sex sessions and was paid for it - you will notice that Mirror Group Newspapers have not been sued, and that there is absolutely no mention anywhere of them being sued. Nor the other "escort" who made the allegations.
Why not, if something like that was printed about me and was untrue I would sue, it would be a nice little earner, and it seems with both Nikki and Pete the ££££ is the bottom line.
So a national newspaper prints she is a wh@re, [in that she took money for sex, in my book if you take money for sex you are a wh@re], and Nikki doesn't sue. Hmmmm

the level of damages you would receive in a civil lawsuit is dependent upon damge done and the dissemination of the information. Sorry to burst your bubble but the C4 BB forum is a miniscule arena in the big scheme of things. I thought they were very careful to avoid saying cash for sex,indeed they stated that she didn`t. I agree that the forum you were on is minor interms of their audience but they still might have become nervous.
