I think you need Sticks for this. From what i remember;

Convection is the transfer of heat within a liquid. Like the hot
water in a bath mixing in with the cold. Conduction is I believe the transfer of heat through a metal like when the handle of a fire poker heats up even tho your hand isn`t in the fire. And i suppose radiation is the transfer of heat through a gas such as the suns rays through the air. I hope I have got this right but i can`t guarantee,sorry.
