That's commonly referred to as accepting that others have a different point of view.

But essentially, your view is that getting your tits out is oh such an awful crime. You must be hung, drawn and quartered if you are to engage in such awful, repugnant behaviour. How dare someone else be proud of their own body, and have a laugh by exposing it in public, showing they are maybe not as prudish, reserved and uptight as some others. How dare they. Have them executed immediately.

By brought up - I mean by how everyone is brought up. The large majority of us are brought up with certain norms and values instilled within us, such as how to conduct yourself at the dinner table, all the way through to...do you get your tits out in public. You learn these when growing up as part of a family, or during education and then the working world. These beliefs are constantly pushed into us all, but that doesn't mean we should just accept them and never question them, to do that would just be utterly ignorant.

Have you ever questioned or thought about why it's such a bad thing if someone wants to get their tits out in public for a laugh? Or sleep around when single? Like...do it now. Just explain to me what exactly is so wrong with it, and who invented this unwritten rule that it is totally forbidden and anyone so deviant enough to ignore it has committed the crime of the century? Please just try and explain it to me - because when you really think about things like this, you realise that actually, there isn't that much of a problem with it after all...and there are far worse things going on in the world. You just believe there's a problem because that's how you have lived, just as everyone else, amongst these norms, values and social conduct which have been essentially drilled into us throughout our entire lives.
