By the way the pirate bay could never go the way of megaupload as the usa have absolutely no jurisdiction to claim a .se domain name they can only shut down .com and in some cases .org domains

Plus there are already other plans in place incase the long long long long long and very expensive attempt to shut down torrent sites was ever successful there is another platform for sharing files ready to run that would involve another long long long long long and very expensive process to shut down

You cant put the genie back in the bottle and unless the big record/movie companys catch up they will cease to exist although new movies and music will continue to thrive.
