That would avoid the whole situation of someone making a comment, whether it be a normal one or a brutally honest one, and people who don't like that person developing an argument out of nothing. It's happened on several occasions, not just recently..

I don't use the ignore button simply because even though somebody might have a different opinion to me, or I might not like a certain person's opinions or whatever, it's still interesting to know what everybody thinks and it's good to have a nice little debate at times
