I think part of the problem is that Loose Women is a lunchtime opinion based show talking about topical issues.
Helen has some great opinions but isn't very good at explaining why she thinks certain things. Yesterday, they were talking about a prostitute and Helen said "Being paid money for sex, that's wrong!" but couldn't back it up with an argument as to why she thought this.
When she is chatting and interviewing she is playing to her strengths and comes across as bubbly and amusing!
