The next time I hear a dog owner, who is disobeying the posted leash law yet again, say "Don't worry, mate, she's friendly, she wouldn't hurt a fly!" I want to have the dog catcher offer to take *them* away.
This is after being bit by several "harmless" 4-leggers out there at my local park when playing with the kiddies.
