I found it shocking that she didn't get in! As you say it smacks of racism and
size-ism. I think I was the only one who voted for her.
perhaps it was also Brummie-ism.
I find lately that no one likes the Brummie accent, which upsets me somewhat as I have a slightly modified version of it!
