The fact that The Voice won in the 20 minute crossover is no surprise. With the exception of myself, who recorded the last 20 minutes of The Voice and switched over to BGT, I expect most people didn't bother turning over a programme they were already an hour into.
ITV went wrong here, and they seriously need to re-evaluate how they're going to schedule BGT in future weeks, as I can see The Voice growing in popularity.
