Yeah i've been Lindz - i loved it. Ditto Davie, the Dragon Kahn is a great ride - the biggest upside rollercoaster in Europe apparently. Have you been on the water one yet Lindz? It makes a massive splash, i'll have to scan my pictures in from it.
Also, DON'T FORGET to go to Costa Caribe right next to Port Aventura, it's a great waterpark.
