ITV: We'll get Idol back on

ITV wants to bring back Pop Idol — to replace its flop show Love Island.
The show’s creator Simon Fuller is currently revamping the talent contest and pitching it to various stations.
And ITV entertainment chief Paul Jackson said: “We want to be included in the pitch round.”
The station ran two series of Pop Idol then commissioned X Factor in 2004. Insiders said ITV now wants to run BOTH, with Pop Idol in the summer.
But ex-Pop Idol judge Simon Cowell will not take part due to his X Factor commitments.
Sky One is also likely to bid.

Now wont it be Stupid to have Pop Idol BACK as they already have X-factor which is clearly better then Pop Idol and is the SAME thing ' Singing contest' I STILL think BB WILL win the ratings as whats the point in having TWO Reality singing shows in ONE year
