No one is attacking you, and no one is asking you to apologise for having a view.
If however you are going to enter a
debate thread, then be prepared to be expected to debate and offer counter arguements, through logical and factual accuracy. That is what a debate is: not just sticking up 'my view' and then not be expected to discuss your view in detail and to examine & consider all possibilities regardless of agreement.
